UNICEF
Sport for Life Curriculum and Train-the-Trainer Program
Challenge
Sports programs often focused on competitive sport, leaving many people outside the top percentile excluded from meaningful participation.
Solution
The Sport for Life program was developed in cooperation with UNICEF and Egypt's Ministry of Youth and Sports. The program focused on safe, enjoyable, lifelong sport for participants of varying ages, skills, and abilities. Our role included program strategy, curriculum development for community coaches, and train-the-trainer curriculum to enable scale.
Impact
An initial cohort of forty trainers trained hundreds of community coaches who served thousands of participants across the country.

UN Women
My Success: Financial Literacy, ICT Skills, and Entrepreneurship
Challenge
Many women and single mothers faced low income and limited ability to leave young children to seek traditional employment.

Save the Children
My Ambitions: Civic and Entrepreneurship Curriculum
Challenge
Young people needed practical employability, entrepreneurship, and civic participation skills that could be delivered at scale.
Solution
The My Ambitions program combined student learning materials, teacher guides, entrepreneurship content, and civic education components to support youth readiness for work and self-employment.
Impact

Social Contract Center
Strategic Planning and Communication
Challenge
The Social Contract Center, a joint initiative between UNDP and Egypt's Information and Decision Support Center, needed to boost reach and engage citizens, government agencies, civil society, and the private sector.
Solution
In cooperation with Media Waves, our team developed strategic planning, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement modules based on focus groups with different stakeholders. Messages were tested and refined to ensure relevance and resonance.
Impact
The strategic plan guided implementation over several years, while communication and events delivered clear messages and supported initiatives such as Decent Life and 1000 Egyptian Villages.
